About the event
Moxie Unleashed & Heads Up Adventures are once again joining forces to deliver an active day filled with learning, wellbeing & fun.
You'll be learning and developing new skills, building confidence in the outdoors, connecting with like minded people and being lead by two qualified and experienced outdoor providers who are passionate about the incredible mental and physical health benefits of being outdoors and having adventures.
We’ll enjoy a morning in and around Chailey on our Nav & Natter walk followed by lunch and an afternoon of paddleboarding skills and SUP Yoga at Sheffield Park & Garden. Suitable for complete beginners or those looking to refresh or build on existing skills.
