All activities and equipment are Covid-19 compliant and adhere to official guidelines at the time activity takes place.
Classes are usually suitable for all levels and outside of scheduled sessions all activities can be booked on a private, bespoke basis. Please contact me to discuss your needs and options.

From the broad range of activities we offer you can tell we like mixing things up and that’s exactly what we do in HiPiYo, an energising and conditioning blend of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Pilates and Yoga.
