About Sasha

A 500hr yoga teacher, in Ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga. Sasha qualified in Goa, India at Kranti, Sampoorna & Preksha Yoga Schools, and in the UK as a Stott Pilates matwork teacher at Harmonise Training Academy, Brighton.  Sasha has been delivering yoga and pilates classes in Sussex and Surrey, on and off the SUP since 2016.

Passionate about being on, in or near the water, Sasha is a BSUPA Level 2 Instructor and is active in the SUP community, regularly participating in a wide range of SUP events and challenges. 

New for 2019 are SUP & Sail Adventure Escapes in Croatia with and without yoga/pilates teacher training.
