About Sasha
A 500hr yoga teacher, in Ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga. Sasha qualified in Goa, India at Kranti, Sampoorna & Preksha Yoga Schools, and in the UK as a Stott Pilates matwork teacher at Harmonise Training Academy, Brighton. Sasha has been delivering yoga and pilates classes in Sussex and Surrey, on and off the SUP since 2016.
A REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer & nutrition adviser, Sasha delivers classes, (and results) in small group or 1-2-1 environment both on and off the water! Passionate about being on, in or near the water, Sasha is a BSUPA Level 2 Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor and is active in the SUP community, regularly participating in a diverse range of SUP events and challenges.
